Joanna Vargas, an esthetician and University of Chicago graduate with a double major in photography and woman's studies has opened a skin care salon after working for one of the top celebrity facialists in the world.

After working on celebrities, supermodels and the chic women of New York City, Joanna has developed her own brand of facials that will make you look younger and will give you firmer skin without going under the knife. Joanna's non-invasive techniques and the use of all organic skin care products came about from a desire to offer a less traumatic experience for the client and a gentler approach to skin care.

Having perfected her craft, Joanna is presently engaged in researching the most advanced organic skin care products and natural ingredients so as to bring about immediate and spectacular results.

Joanna Vargas prides herself in being able to combine technology with nature, bringing you the most powerful anti aging treatments in the world. Joanna's logo, the cherry blossom or "sakura" is a metaphor for life and rebirth. She seeks to imbibe your skin with life and give each client a rebirth in the care of their skin and body.

Jennifer Dowling is the senior aesthetician at Joanna Vargas Skin Care. She came to us with over five years experience in the field after working for a renonwed dermatologist in New Jersey. She has extensive knowledge in the medical aspects of skin care and now coupled with Joanna's organic approach she has become a true skin care expert.

Under Joanna's tutalage, Jennifer learned how to perform flawless facials and her touch and gentle extractions have been described as amazing by beauty blogger Jamie Allison Sander.
